KPMG awarded Top Employer 2022

We are happy to announce that, thanks to our incredible people, we’ve been awarded Top Employer 2022 in Belgium.
At KPMG, we’re going further than ever before in listening and responding to our employees’ needs. In striving to improve our working conditions, we’ve launched a number of innovative solutions with a specific focus on career flexibility and hybrid working.
“We want to be agile, to respond to a new generation of people, to the new challenges the labor market faces. We believe that by offering flexibility we can differentiate ourselves from other players in the professional services arena. Flexibility is part of our culture, it’s part of our DNA, of who we are as KPMG,” says Yves Demaeght, CHRO at KPMG Belgium.
KPMG Belgium CEO, Harry Van Donink adds: “It hasn't been an easy 12 months. We went from teleworking to reconnecting with colleagues again, and we had to grapple with many changes and uncertainty. But through the seasons, our employees' extraordinary efforts and dedication led us to impressive milestones, among others, our financial growth and launching our Impact Plan. I couldn't be prouder of our people.”
KPMG works hard to build a strong and differentiated people experience and employer brand. And we were able to achieve this result for the 16th year in a row thanks to our deep-rooted values, the foundation of everything that we do and every action that we take. Receiving this award reinforces that commitment even more.

“I started as a junior auditor almost 30 years ago. I became an audit manager, audit partner, COO and finally in 2021, I was appointed as CEO. Throughout my career, I’ve always enjoyed working at KPMG. Thanks to our firm’s strong culture of mentorship and supporting employees' growth and ambitions, I was able to grow with the firm through countless opportunities. It’s an honour to be recognized as a Top Employer, as it validates and recognizes our outstanding HR-policies. It also challenges us to keep pushing for more innovative solutions, push boundaries and continue to invest in our best asset, our people.”
